The due date for the filing is 2 months after the anniversary month. That is, it can be done between 2 months before and 2 months after the anniversary month (5 month window).

Failure to pay

If the Periodic Report is not filed on time, the entity will have an additional two months after the Periodic Report month to file a late Periodic Report. Colorado charges a $50 penalty if you miss the annual report deadline. On top of that, if you fail to file your annual report for 2 months, it will cause your LLC to be designated as "Delinquent," resulting in loss of certain rights and privileges.
