Failure to pay

Rhode Island charges a $25 penalty for late filings. In addition, it can revoke an LLC's certificate of formation or certificate of authority for failure to file an annual report, resulting in loss of certain rights and privileges.

    Your name should be ‘distinguishable’ in the Secretary of State records. Adding a punctuation or ‘the’ does not make it distinguishable.

    Don’t use words that makes it seems like you are a governmental entity or has an affiliation.
